We look at everything, we will give every project a chance. We rank each potential investment on a scale for each of the categories above. Below a certain threshold we do not move forward. Above a certain point threshold we move to our investment committee. Investment committee must be unanimous before adding a position to our portfolio. We balance exposure in the portfolio based on the investment score. Scores are dynamic and fluctuate with company news and updates.
